PAYMENT AND ORDERING

We accept Purchase Orders from educational and other qualifying institutions.

Canadian credit card orders will be billed in US dollars using the US-Can currency exchange rate.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

For shipments destined for outside of USA and Canada, please note that there will be an administrative charge equaling to 25% of the purchase price added to your total. This charge is necessary to cover the costs of extra reliability burn-in cycle testing, administering customs paper work and performing sales and support activities unique to international settings. Shipping charges are extra. Custom fees and duties are your responsibility. Please email us for more information.

Returns Policy:

Products purchased from Afforda Speech may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Products must be returned in original packaging along with all accessories (manuals, cables etc.) as originally received. There will be a 25% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Be sure to contact us first for a Returns Authorization Number before sending the product back. Also, make sure your package is insured and trackable as we are not responsible for package lost en route before reaching us.

Note, this returns allowance applies to SINGLE UNIT purchases only. We do NOT accept returns of multiple unit purchases.
